My 2011 astra j 1.7 cdti is juddering when accelerating from 1500rpm to 2000rpm in 5th and 6th (worse in 6th) no juddering above 2000rpm or when just cruising, only happens when you try and give it some gas. Changed MAF sensor, fuel filter, air filter and suction control valve. Cleaned EGR valve and MAP sensor, also had front wheels balanced, still no joy. Anyone had it before or got any ideas?

Hello,
I recently bought an Android head unit for my 2012 Astra J GTC
It's working well appart from one thing, the central control panel of my Navi 900 doesn't work (no light, no buttons) with it.
Is there a way to rewire it to work or something ?
(I'm in France so can't really come for it to be done, have to do it myself)
Thanks

Hello.
I have Astra J 2014 Excite.
I bought leather seats from Ebay. I mounted them in the car but I do not have any wiring for lumber support or for seat heating. There is no fuse box in the boot, HVAC control module doesn't have buttons for electric seats as well. Connecting the lumber support seems to be quite easy but the biggest problem wire the seats heating. How can I wire them doing in the cheapest possible way? If it is possible to wire it without the HVAC control module then I could mount different switches somewhere else. I also do not need 3 heating settings, one setting to turn the on for some time is enough. Bascially, I just want to be able to turn the on and off using a switch and that's it. Would it be possible to wire them any other way than they are normally wired?

Right, having located the relay in question I want to check, my next question is how the hell do I get to it? Mounted atop the passenger fusebox.
Is it a glovebox removal job?
Looking fwd to a reply... more than my previous 4 posts.

Passenger accessory relay location |

Pouring over the wiring diagrams for the problem I have, tracing the current path to the front accessory socket, it runs via F1 and F6 via the passenger accessory relay. Haynes is a bit light on relay info TBH.
There is power at F1, although there is no current flow, as though the circuit is open, but shorted to earth via my tester its there. Done same at F6, nothing. To my mind this suggests the relay is poss duff, My Haynes says the relay is in the passenger fusebox but there's nowt but fuses. Is it on the back? The FB looks as though it swivels out...
