Clips/Screws in boot area.
So today I eventually got round to taking off most of the side in the boot area to move the buzzer for my parking sensors. The guy who fitted them thought it would be good to stick it on the outside by the rear window on the nearside... apart from the fact you could see it and it ruined the nice look of the interior it was deafening my son when I reversed!

Anyway that's resolved and now resides tucked inside with the wiring etc. on the nearside.

Switcheed / Ignition positive feed required in boot area
Hi all,

Mr Newbie here. I am looking to install an accessory in the boot of my 2013 J - 1.6 Energy model. For this I need to locate a switched/ignition + feed.

This car does not have a rear fuse box, which make like a little more tricky.

Can anybody direct me to an appropriate feed please with a wire colour(s).

Many thanks in advance,

Ian

Dry, almost grinding type noise from front wheels / discs area
I have noticed a strange noise on my astra j. The noise sounds like when a brake disc lip may be slightly rubbing / touching the caliper. However, it is not this making the noise. The noise happens all the time. It doesnt change if i brake, turn left or right and it doesnt change with clutch or gear changes. If i push the car when it is off i can still hear it. Possibly from drive shaft area?? Has anyone else had this?

Tunbridge wells area. HELP
Hi there

Is there anyone in the Tunbridge wells area that can do a software update on a Vauxhall’s Astra j 2013 2.0cdti??

The Vaux garage around here are crap.

I have the engine overheating issue which so I’m told is a software update and then replace the EGT sensors for good measure.

If anyone can help I’d be very grateful and obviously pay for your time.
