Any of you know what are these two spies that I circled in red?

As you can see in these two videos in the first video the light will switch on the car is pissed and I suppose that indicates the power of the daytime running lights .....
In the second video is just checking but I assume it stays on when you have set the automatic wiper so as not to forget to keep the rain sensor active ...
Now I wanted to ask any of you know why we do not light up? Lacking the LEDs on the plate?

I recently came into ownership of a 2104 Astra J hatch. It has the dreaded heated seat switching off, which the computer says is high resistance on the pad (B2425-0D). I want to try the repair myself using a guide from here (https://vxoc.org.uk/forum/showthread.php?tid=1566). The post lists the part number as 13257326, but my dad looked at his system at motor parts direct and it lists 13451987. An untrained eye thinks they look the same, and one is more expensive than the other. Are th
