Thanks everyone for your comments. Interesting that replacing the tensioner did not cure the noise for you Mita. It is quite weird as I can leave the car for several weeks and not use (during lockdown) and no noise on start up (you would think that would be when the tensioner had drained of oil) then drive for 60 mins, turn off and leave for 30 mins and then on restart it rattles!! How can that be??
