Just reversed and hit my left side mirror off the gate now it looks like

I think your colour is tech grey? which I'm struggling to find a cap for, looked in my garage & I only have a black and sky blue caps.

Yes you do need to pop the door card off to access the plug but really 30 min job if you've not done this before.
Look at the guide on door card removal only difference on the GTC is the window switch has a screw holding it in before you can remove it.
