New Astra owner - robbo - 15:th-Oct-2019 Hi Folks. Just bought myself a 2012 1.7 cdti SE sports tourer.. loving it so far. I've always had Vauxhall's going back to mk2 Cavaliers and owned Zafira's for the last 12 years. Got a bit of water in the boot, looks like it's coming from the tailgate so I'm looking for some hints. RE: New Astra owner - niteram - 17:th-Oct-2019 I've heard of water ingress on the 5 door hatch, but not aware of any issues with the tourer. RE: New Astra owner - robbo - 18:th-Oct-2019 Thanks both for the welcome.. It was coming from the high level brake light. I removed and resealed it with silicone which appears to have cured it.
