Cd400 plus to 600 - Dan-gtc - 16:th-Feb-2019

Hi everyone,

I currently have a cd400 plus with dab and usb. I have just purchased a cd 600 and would like to arrange for it to be programmed by one of the gurus if anyone is still doing that kind of work (i know im late to the game lol). Any advice who to contact? Im in the north east but will travel anywhere to get it sorted.

Thanks for any in advance for any replys.

Hi with the cd600 it would be a vci job but it also depends on your year of car as weather GM will support it.

I'm in Bournemouth and do retrofitting.

Hi mate thanks for the reply. Its a 2014 on a 64 reg. Is there a sure fire way to check as in anything on the harness or vehicle?

The wiring is the same as the nav units, for ease of fitting you could do with one out of an astra. They are pretty much the same as a 950 without the nav.

As @Rusty2009 says they are a bit rare in the uk

So the fleebay ad stated it was from an Astra so I assumed the fitment wouldn't be an issue, however in hindsight  perhaps I should have done more research. Here's a picture from the ad.

That's a navi600 mate not a cd600 easy fit they are, but you need the SD card port and the USB/AUX plus the storage tray they fit into.

Navi600 fitted and programmed is £260 (no parts supplied other than custom wiring loom).
