Scanning tool - sparkyscfc74 - 17:th-Feb-2018

I was thinking of buying a fault diagnosis scanning tool and have seen this on eBay

But in the description it says for Vauxhall’s up to 2010, so does that mean it’s no good for later cars?

If it’s no good, what do you guys recommend?

I would only recommend this one

http://www.op-com.co.uk/store/c1/Featured_Products.html

The one's from ebay use fair cheaper components.

I’ve just ordered this op-com scan tool and have seen a few videos on YouTube where they can change the menu function on the up level display, is this possible with this or is there additional software?

You can't change from up-level to multi-line I've tried.

I even brought the tool "claimed to be used" in the video and it doesn't do it, I tried with many different sets of clocks even tried as different model still wouldn't do.

With the op-com/vaux-com all you can do is add extra menus.

I admit it would have been good if it did but it’s not essential
