Welcome back to the VXOC FORUM.
Sorry for our lack of support over the last year but MYBB is back and so are we.
Let's get the forum buzzing again... (March 25, 2022)x
I'm after a pair of damaged headlights don't care if they come from a 3 door 5 door or a H or even a Insignia as long as they are damaged and cheap (I'm only after one bit from them).
It's for a project I'm working on but I don't want to say too much at this time.
Iv not seen a thread like this but I'm looking for different ideas for wheels for my 5 door astra, I'm thinking Mercedes Alphards, the car is black and thinking what colour to do wheels?!
Just to say hello to everyone I have indicated my location on the owner's map and hope
to share my interests/questions with you all in the future. I have a Astra J 1.6 elite auto.
Think I might start my own, as I've done a couple of things and of course have few things planned, but first Nedd to learn how to upload pics, preferably, via my smartphone
I recently bought an Astra Elite 1.6 which is now 10 months old (1st Registered December 2013), it only had 2,600 miles on the clock when purchased. The car drifts to the nearside and the steering wheel is off centre - slightly to right. It has been back to the dealership on x3 occasions and I am told the alignment is spot on. I am also told that as it is fitted with 18ins wheels (factory fitted) that is causing the problem - ALL Astra with 18ins or 19ins wheels drift to the nearside! I have contacted Vauxhall and one of its Technical men has examined/driven the car and he states there is not a problem, it 'drives as it should and as expected when leaving the factory'!! I would appreciate any advice or help regarding this matter please. In my opinion, a new'ish car should not be drifting to the nearside. Even on an adverse camber road (running down left to right) the car drifts to the nearside! Any assistance would be great. Many thanks!
