Hi all,

I'm STILL waiting for delivery of my astra and have become worse than a child when it comes to patience.

I've been cycling around all astra forums and have noticed people changing their bulbs both external and internal for LED bulbs. Now that last astra I owned over 5yrs ago was the coupe so there were no issues with regards to canbus etc. Can you guys guide me in the right direction for the appropriate bulbs needed.

Ideally I'd like to change them all for LEDs, or at least a bulb that is going to be white as opposed to dingy yellow. I've already got a pair of polarg drl bulbs waiting to be fit once I have the car (courtesy of a thread on here I found out about these!)

Thanks in advance.

Hi All,

Just wanted to see if anyone was selling any silver or black interior trim (vent trim and centre console trim). Wanting some to match the grey/black of the elite door cards I have ideally but failing that I'd like the silver trim to replace the off grey colour of my current trim

Let me know if anyone has any of the above

How to make the Door Catches look Better by Adding Door Lock Covers.

A very Simple and Cheep upgrade that makes the Door Latches look alot Neater.

I just came Across these and i Have Never seen them Before so i Ordered a Set
To see what they were Like and i am Pleased to say they Look Very Good
and they Add a bit of Detail to the Car
They are very Simple to fit and Just Clip into Position and job Done.

In the kit you get 4 Covers for the Door Latch Hooks
and 4 Covers for the Door Stopper Catch and at only £9.95 not that bad at all Price wise.

You can also just buy the Latch set on There own but this will only Have 4 Pieces and they Cost £5.00.

Things i want to upgrade on my car
Posted by: jjb - 19:th-Feb-2015, 22:22:37 - Forum: Introduction Area - Replies (25)

Hello,

I have just registered!

I been looking around the last few weeks at the different ways to upgrade my astra j 2014, i see there are some people on here that have been doing this successfully.

Is there anyone located in the West Sussex area who would be interested in doing the following upgrades?

- head unit to include DAB, Nav possibly rear camera (i have the standard cd400 i believe)

- electronic wing mirror controls

- convert back door windows to electric

James
