Hello.
Just replaced my Civic type S with a white Sri vx line 2.0 Cdti. 2012 model. Great car so far and enjoy the torque. The ride is miles better compared to the civic despite the 19 inch alloys.
This will be my 5th astra as I've owned one in each generation starting with a white 1991 1.8 GSI (SA spec).
No immediate mods planned but would certainly entertain a remap at some point.
Anyone got an idea how much autovaux would charge for the centre dash trim and if they can get one? I'd obviously need the part number but don't know what it is.
I really want the gloss black trim
I'm sure I've seen one that's completely gloss back in GTC
I could be looking forever on eBay to find one.....
Just starting a thread to show my GTC and post the incoming mods i have planned for her :P
This week i plan on install Heko wind deflectors, led`s to number plate,interior,and boot.
Also ordered some smoked tinted indicators.
Then eibach 30mm drop if it doesn`t rub on full lock (waiting on members feedback)
Did this over 2 days, had to get loads of little white specs off 3/4 of the car. It was a nightmare! Used nearly all my detailer spray with the clay mitt.
Had a few days rest after that. Ha. Then finished cleaning it today.
Hi guys I got the astra 1.7 cdti as you prob all know the gear box is crap lol,I have read up on changing the gear box oil ... Most people say that the vaux one is shot they basically use the same for power steering ... I was thinking of using thishttp://pages.ebay.com/link/?nav=item.view&id=181494589911&alt=web
it states that it is ok for a 1.7 cdti but I want to be sure before I buy it ... My friend has the m32 box in his corsa and he put this oil in it and he said it feels a lot smoother

Are these Coilovers decent? I've been looking at Eibach lowering springs but these aren't too much more expensive and would be the better option right? Anyone have any idea please?.
