Door locking

Anyone had a problem where there car won’t locked press and double press the lock button lights flash to say it is locked but try the door or the boot and they open

Never seen anyone have this issue before.
What I would advise trying is to pull the negative off the battery for 60+ mins, this will let all systems fully shut down & see if this resolves the issue.
